1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in LA Sports Net leagues and events. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Registration and Payment
League registration is confirmed upon full payment. Pricing tiers (Early Bird, Standard, Late) are published on each league page. Prices increase as the registration deadline approaches.
Registration includes: a full season of games, team jersey, referee fees, stat tracking, and access to post-game social events.
3. Refund Policy
- Before registration deadline: Full refund minus a $4.95 processing fee.
- After deadline, before first game: Credit toward a future season (no cash refund).
- After first game: No refund or credit.
- League cancelled by LASN: Full refund.
4. Code of Conduct
Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship. The following are prohibited:
- Physical violence or threats of violence
- Verbal abuse toward players, referees, or staff
- Excessive intoxication during games
- Intentional rule violations or dangerous play
- Discrimination or harassment of any kind
Violations may result in ejection from a game, suspension from the league, or a permanent ban at the sole discretion of LA Sports Net.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
By registering, you acknowledge that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including travel to and from venues.
You release LA Sports Net, its owners, employees, referees, coordinators, and venue operators from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in leagues, games, practices, or social events.
6. Weather and Cancellations
Games may be cancelled or postponed due to weather, field conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule cancelled games, but full seasons may not always be completed. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations after the season has started.
7. Intellectual Property
Photos and videos taken at LA Sports Net events may be used for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant LA Sports Net permission to use your likeness in marketing materials.
8. Modifications
LA Sports Net reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
